Mondawe Care
Mondawe.com warranties this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of One (1) year following the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in a home environment. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Mondawe.
Mondawe Care warranty is not transferable and cannot be extended to other merchandise. Warranty is only supported for orders that were placed throughout mondawe.com. The warranty is only valid when the product is used for its intended purpose and under normal use. Defects or damages caused by negligence, misuse, intentional or in accident, modification, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the warranty.
Mondawe Extended Warranty Policy
Once you purchase the Mondawe warranty and successfully pay for it, the warranty will take effect. This Plan can not be transferred to a subsequent owner of the product and only valid for the product (refers to the item which you purchased and is covered by this Plan).
You must keep the sales receipt or order confirmation email for the product from Mondawe; it is an integral part of this Plan and you may be required to reference it to obtain service.
In the event you cancel this Plan within thirty (30) days of receipt of this Plan, you will receive a full refund of any payments made by you under this Plan. Otherwise, you want to cancel this Plan after thirty (30) days of receipt of this Plan, we will not issue the refund to you.
The total liability under this Plan for any single product is: (a) replacement of the product with a replacement product; (b) reimbursement of the purchase price you paid for the product. In the event that we have met any of the above conditions (a) or (b) of the total liability we will have fulfilled all obligations owed under this Plan and this Plan will terminate.
Mondawe is not responsible for the following situations:
- Breakdown resulting from Acts of God
- Problems due to improper installation
- Products with safety feature(s) removed, bypassed disabled or altered
- Damages caused by third-party actions, fire, collision, vandalism or theft
- Breakdown caused by accidental damage, spilled liquids, insect infestation, introduction of foreign objects, misuse, abuse, or intentional physical damage
- Breakdown resulting from war, invasion or act of foreign enemy, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, riot, strike, labor disturbance, lockout or civil commotion Seized or damaged parts resulting from failure to maintain proper levels of lubricants or coolants, from use of contaminated or improper lubricants, from use of stale, contaminated or improper fuel, or from freezing or overheating
ON Mondawe® FAUCETS/TUB/SHOWER VALVE SYSTEMS
The warranty extends only to the original purchaser/consumer.
Faucet
MONDAWE warrants all structure and finish of all kitchen faucets, lavatory faucets, bathtub faucets, free standing faucets purchased from authorized sellers are warranted to the original purchaser/consumer to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser/consumer owns the home in which it was first installed.
If the faucet is used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, MONDAWE warrants the faucet to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
When used in a leased or rented residential single or multi-family unit, including duplexes, townhouses, condominiums, and apartments, MONDAWE warrants the faucet to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years to the original consumer who owns the property but does not live there. Excluded are installations in public, industrial, or for any business purpose, such as hospitality or healthcare, which would be considered commercial use, referenced above.
MONDAWE warrants any sprayhead assembly (the engine, aerators, structure, restrictors, backflow preventors, sprayer hoses, braided supply line hoses which encompass nylon, silicon stainless steel) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
MONDAWE warrants any cartridge to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage five (5) years from the original date of purchase.
Electronic parts (not including batteries), if any, of MONDAWE faucets purchased from mondawe.com or authorized MONDAWE sellers are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of original purchase or, for commercial purchasers, for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. No warranty is provided on batteries.
Tub/Shower valves systems
MONDAWE warrants all structure and finish of all tub/shower systems; shower systems purchased from authorized sellers are warranted to the original purchaser/consumer to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser/consumer owns the home in which it was first installed.
If the tub/shower valve is used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, MONDAWE warrants the valve to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Care
Certain cleaning products may cause damage to a product’s finish, and any use of the following product will VOID this warranty.
- Abrasive pads, steel wool or wire brushes
- Abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, alcohol, chlorine, or ammonia
Any product reported to an authorized seller or MONDAWE as being defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal value at the option of MONDAWE.
Not Covered
The warranty does not cover any products that were discontinued at time of purchase, display products, products purchased at any unauthorized dealer or discount outlet, and or sold on clearance.
This warranty does not cover any free gifts included with a purchase.
This warranty does not apply due to incorrect operation, breakages, or damages caused by fault of improper installation, carelessness, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, or alteration of the product, as well as damage caused by hard water, chemical, or natural corrosion, accident, fire, flood, any act of God, or any other casualty.
